About Manuela Darling-Gansser
Manuela Darling-Gansser is an inveterate traveller, passionate
amateur cook and writer of food and travel cookbooks.
She has produced three coffee table cookbooks featuring the
food, culture and lifestyle of Northern Italy, Sardegna and the
Swiss Alps. Manuela was born in Lugano, the Italian speaking
part of Switzerland and now lives in Sydney Australia.
She spends much of her time travelling the world, collecting
recipes and travel information for her books. Her style of
writing is personal, informative and involving-her recipes
simple but delightful.
