alpscontimageMy winter journey starts in Lugano, the
beautiful lakeside city in Canton Ticino, the
Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. This is
where I was born and where my father,
Augusto, still lives, in the old family house
on the slopes overlooking the city and lake.

have gone and the locals reclaim their city.Whether

because the cheeses you need are different. They have
to melt well...
