My grand children (and adults!) absolutely love these biscuits and they are super healthy!!!!
• 200 gr organic spelt flour
• 100 gr organic ground almonds
• 80 gr coconut sugar
• 80 gr coconut butter, melted
• 2 organic eggs
• cinnamon
• a pinch of salt
• mix all ingredients together
• roll the dough out between some grease proof paper, about 1 cm thick
• cut out any shape you like
• bake in a preheated oven 180° for about 12 minutes
• check from time to time
• this amount makes about 45 biscuits
