Today is father’s day and all the children came over for breakfast. It was such a lovely, lively and happy day! Birri we missed you!!!
I made these little baked eggs, they were a great success and very easy to make.
I do not give amounts in the recipe, as it depends for how many people you are making them for
• fresh baby spinach
• organic eggs
• organic salmon
• salt, pepper
• a little full cream
• butter some non stick cup cake moulds
• add a few leaves of the spinach
• now the salmon
• carefully break an egg in every little mould
• add salt and pepper
• one teaspoon of full cream
• put them in a pre heated oven 220˚ for about 8 minutes
• gently scoop the baked eggs out of the mould and serve
