SAMSON’S PIZZA

Samson has become a real ‘pizzaiolo’, his pizzas are deliciously crunchy. Here he is sharing his secret with you. His speciality is pizza Margherita but without the mozzarella ( does not like the cheese!) Thank you Samson for all your valuable tips!

• pre heat the oven 220˚

• calculate 100 gr unbleached flour per person
• 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
• 1 tablespoon good olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup warm water

• measure out every thing

• mix the ingredients together in a bowl

• kneed on a floured surface, until shiny and elastic

• when you press your knuckle into the dough, it should spring back

• pour some olive oil in the bowl
• roll the dough ball in the oil

• cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel
• let it rise for 1 hour

• punch the dough down
• kneed for a few more minutes

• if you dare, you can make a few ‘pizzaiolo’ flips with the dough

• roll the dough out and put it on an oiled oven-tray

• Samson added tomato paste, salt, pepper, basilico and oil
• bake in the oven for about 15 minutes

• and now enjoy it!!!!!!
