I love Sundays, everybody is relaxed, people have recovered from the stress of the working week. It is a time to gather the family and friends and spoil them. The other day I invited my brother’s and sisters plus nieces and nephews and this is what I cooked:
• lots of different salads
• raw cabbage and parsley
• fennel and capers
• a mixed leaf salads
• some of the dishes
• very thin focaccia with prosciutto
• very thin sliced cucumbers with
• red wine vinegar
• olive oil
polpettone with a tomato relish and little sweet chilies

As dessert I served fresh berries with pure cream!
