Super Healthy Muesli

This is such a beautiful and healthy way to start the day! All you need is 2-3 large tablespoons of ‘ muesli’ and you are set. I make this ‘muesli’ in a large quantity, pour it in a large storage glass and put it in the freezer. This means the ingredients stay fresh and do not go rancid. The ‘muesli’ will NOT freeze solid, It remains nice and crumbly. Use all organic ingredients, it is worth it!!

• 750 gr rolled oats
• 250 gr linseed meal
• 250 gr shredded coconut
• 250 gr goji berries
• 250 quinoa flakes
• 300 gr rice bran
• 200 gr lecithin granules
• 400 gr raisins
• 300 gr brown linseed
• 200 gr black sesame seeds
• 250 gr psyllium husks
• 100 gr pepitas

• put all these ingredients into a large bowl, or if you do not have one large enough, into a plastic bag
• with your hands mix all the ingredients well
• transfer them into one or two glass jars and freeze

I like to eat the ‘ muesli’ with some natural yogurt and a spoon of honey. Try also fresh fruit, or use full milk instead of the yogurt. The above ingredients are just a guide line. You can add or take away anything you like.
